1.
New clients will be given the dates at their Introductory session. (for follow on courses we will email dates etc. out to you)
2.
Please pay for the course before it begins (ideally at the introductory session for new clients, or at your first weekly lesson).
3.
If there are dates in the 6-week block that you know you will not be able to attend due to holidays etc. You will be able to subtract the cost of these from your
payment. (This can only be done at the start of the block).
4.
Once the course has started we do not give refunds or money off the next block for missed classes. However we do allow you to swap classes (up to 2 hours
before the start of your original booking).
5.
We use software called ‘ClassSwap’ to allow clients to manage their class bookings.
You will be given log-in details at the Introductory session, you will then be able to cancel classes for when you are on holiday (see point 3 above) and swap
classes (see point 4 above). This will be explained in greater detail at the Introductory session.
6.
If it is necessary for us to cancel a class - for example because of extreme weather or teacher illness - a full refund will be given.
7.
The preferred method of payment is bank transfer, but we also accept cash or cheques.
(Bank details will be given to you at the Introductory session).

Client and teacher to agree the dates for the 6-week course in advance (the dates do not need to be in consecutive weeks).

Please pay for the course before it begins or at your first lesson.
3.
Lessons can be cancelled and/or re-arranged, just ring your teacher as soon as you know you have to cancel.

Cancellations made up to, and including, the day before the booked date can be re-arranged without charge.  No refunds or credits will be given for late cancellations (i.e. cancellations on the day of the class) or ‘no shows’.

If it is necessary for us to cancel a lesson - for example because of extreme weather or teacher illness - a full refund will be given, or the lesson re-arranged.
6.
Payment can be made by cash or cheque. Cheques should be made payable directly to the teacher
i.e. ‘Chris Marciniak’, ‘Caroline North’,  ‘Ann Chester’ or ‘Pippa Crosby’.
Bank transfers; it may be possible to pay using this method, please discuss details with your teacher.
