Gentle Over 60s' Classes
With Chris Fraser
We offer two weekly classes, taught by Chris Fraser and specifically designed for
people over the age of 60.
The classes are gentler than our normal classes and take into account the increased risk of osteoporosis and arthritis. Chris also has a good knowledge of which exercises are recommended following hip and knee replacements.
The classes will aim to keep all joints moving freely and healthily as well as improve or maintain balance, strength and co-ordination.
