We offer Pilates group classes at the following levels
Starting a Pilates classes is very simple, here is what to do:
Please go to the class timetable page to decide which days and times would be best for you. Then complete a booking form to add your name to the list for the next 6-
Come along to an introductory session. We will run through a few basic exercises at this session so please dress in something comfortable, like tracksuit bottoms or
leggings and t-shirt. Introductory sessions are usually held on the Saturday morning before the beginning of a 6-week block, but we also hold them at other times when
Once we receive your booking form we will confirm when the next introductory session will be. As an alternative to attending the introductory session, you may prefer
to have one or two private lessons with one of the teachers. Please just let us know.
Start your first block of lessons. The first 6-week block costs £75 which includes:
• An introductory session
• 6 x 1 hour lessons tutored by one of our qualified and experienced Body Control teachers
• A CD with a recorded class so you can practice at home.
Follow on courses are £66 for a 6-week block or £120 for a 12-week block.
If you have attended Pilates classes at another studio, or with another teacher, we would recommend a private lesson with one of our teachers before you join a group
so we can assess which level of class is suitable for you.
